Worked fine for about 6 months then the belt broke I replaced it the very next year same thing happened and now it just 2 short years it stop working completely!

Materials used and overall construction seems inferior. It does not have an interior light. The lint filter is difficult to clean. Overall, the dryer is OK, but not what I have come to expect from GE.

Fantastic dryer! Price is great, and dryer does a fantastic job. Lots of dryers have a bunch of extra features that you really don't need. Sometimes simple is better!

I recently purchased a new dryer, along with my washer, and had it installed this week.
I've done one load of laundry, so far, and it is a nice quiet machine, and is a huge drum to hold a lot of laundry. Does a nice drying job.

This dryer is brand new, so I really can't give it a full review. It seems to work fine (we've only dried 2 loads so far). The vent clean-out port on our older GE dryer was larger, allowing for easier cleaning/removing lint build up.

I like the dryer but I think either the vents are clogged or soemthing, since I have it in an apartment I can't just clean it myself so it's possible it dries better with that cleaned but as of now it takes me so many times to get one load dry unless I make them really small loads.

The dryer is nice however both buzzing sounds at the end of the cycle are HORRIBLE! And last way too long. If I would have known it made that sound I would not have bought the dryer! It should be an option on the dryer.

Replaced a Maytag that only lasted 5 years and many repairs. So far this dryer runs smooth, quiet, and efficiently! Excited to not have to worry about it for hopefully many years. Just wish there was an option to turn the buzzer off for when it finishes, that is loud!

The Lint catcher has been replaced twice in less than a year, the grid on top of lint catcher blows lint / dust onto the door and bottom lip when the door is opened at the end of cycle lint drops all over floor and dust flies out into the air. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

I just purchased this dryer. I have tried all the settings to get my clothes dry. But it still does not dry my clothes fully. Could it be smothingel am not doing?. The door is very hard to close . You have to almost slam it to close it

The only thing I don't like is the very loud timer on the dryer. It wakes the neighbors up. It's extremely loud. If there was a off & on switch on it. That would eliminate the noise. Thank you.

This is my 2nd GE dryer purchase. Sadly, this one is obviously much lower quality. The lint trap is almost impossible to remove and the door is coming apart after less than a month of use. It would also be nice to be able to turn off the alarm.
